Halloween

Our Halloween party on Saturday was SO much fun, everyone dressed up and we had food and got to hang out and enjoy each others company. Halloween day was also a BLAST. Everyone at work dressed up and we have a big chili potluck and have a costume competition. I of course wore my Glinda costume and there was even someone who dressed up like Dorothy and Scarecrow (totally unplanned). Then after work we continued with our Halloween Tradition of finding pumpkins. We went to Reams in Springville and their pumpkins were on sale for .05 cents a pound! Our Pumpkins were HUGE the biggest pumpkin we had was Mike's, his pumpkin was 26.6 pounds or $1.33. Then Mom and my pumpkins were pretty close in weight at 22.6 and 23.6 pounds. So we paid $3.64 for all three of our pumpkins! I couldn't believe it! So we went home and carved our pumpkins, and watched Hocus Pocus! It was really fun, we even had some Tricker Treaters, we only had 1 last year, and it was very sad! So this Halloween was a BIG success!

Yesterday was the 1st of November which means only 20 days until Thanksgiving! I am very excited, I have already taken down all Halloween decorations and started decorating for Thanksgiving. My decorations are very similar to Halloween but I took down all the Spiders and Ghosts. But what i am most excited for is Christmas! I can decorate the weekend after Thanksgiving.

I also got Mike tickets to another concert. He had such a great time at Boys Like Girls and All American Rejects that he wanted to go see another band called MayDay Parade. I finally get to give him the tickets tonight! It has been a surprise until now.  I ordered some Mayday shirts online and they are coming in the mail today, so i can give him the tickets and the shirts at the same time!

But that is pretty much all that is new with us, tonight is date night we are finally getting to use the $25 gift card we got from Linx to Texas Roadhouse, so that will be awesome. I hope everyone is doing well and Thank You all for your Love and Support!

Love,

Lindy & Mike
